Samsung Galaxy S9+

Have always had Samsung phones. No problem, until S9+. Malfunctioning before 30 day mark. Techs at Samsung Joondalup couldn’t remedy the problem. And once they turned it off, they couldn’t turn it back on. Phone replaced, but years of SMS/MMS all lost, and also $79.20 domed glass screen-protector fitted at HappyTel. Was trying to protect my substantial financial investment with that, and an Otter wallet-style leather cover. Requested reimbursement for cost of screen protector. After all, it’s Samsung’s product that has not met their promise, or my expectation! Poor service from Samsung ‘Care’ –
4 x weekly calls from me to Samsung. Each time promised I’ll hear back from them in 24-48 hours. Never happened! I persisted with needing an outcome this morning, to have them refuse to refund me $79.20. No explanation. Buyer beware!
